Four decades of bringing advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology to the heart of Michigan.
For more than 40 years, Mid-Michigan Radiology Associates has served patients across Gratiot, Isabella, Montcalm, Clare and Mecosta counties. Our founding belief is simple: people in central Michigan deserve the same advanced diagnostic procedures available in big-city hospitals — without the drive.
Rather than referring patients elsewhere, we've consistently invested in bringing new technology and techniques to our local community first.
MMRA opens its doors in Mt. Pleasant, committed to keeping advanced radiology local for central Michigan families.
We become the first practice in the area to offer computerized tomography, transforming local diagnostic capability.
Our mobile MRI program brings magnetic resonance imaging directly to communities across our five-county service area.
MMRA becomes the first group in the region to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including stent placement, balloon angioplasty and thrombolytic therapy.
We continue to expand — from 3D ultrasound to modern varicose vein treatments like Varithena® and VenaCure — while staying proudly independent.
Experienced, board-certified professionals dedicated to personal, local care.
Interventional Radiologist
Dr. Khan is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and fellowship trained in angio-interventional radiology. Before joining MMRA, he cared for veterans at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. He has called Michigan home since 2009, where he lives with his wife and four children.
Technologists & Support Staff
Behind every exam is a team of skilled technologists, nurses and front-office staff who make each visit comfortable, efficient and personal. Many of our team members have served local families for years — it's part of what makes independent care different.
Lower costs, shorter waits and care from people who know your community.
